• Eligibility : Anyone with a valid Gwangju Municipal Library membership
• Allowance : 2 books per person
• Loan Period : 15 days (including the day of check-out)
• Restriction : National holidays and days when library is closed

  Lobby of City Hall (L1)	Reservation before 11:00 → check-out possible on the same day (same day from 15:00 to 14:00 the following day)
  	Reservation after 11:00 → check-out possible the next day (following day from 15:00 to 14:00 the day after)
  Namgwangju Station	Reservation before 13:00 → check-out possible on the same day (same day from 15:00 to 13:00 the following day)	Books at Sansoo Library
  	Reservation after 13:00 → check-out possible the next day (same day from 15:00 to 13:00 the day after)

※ Preparing the book for check-out might take longer than expected if the book has been misplaced. Please visit the Self Check-in/Check-out machine to pick up the book after receiving the SMS text notification.

Cases where Reservation is not Possible

• Book currently loaned out or reserved by other members
• Books not available for loans (local books, reference books, artworks, periodicals, etc.)
• If you have already reserved 2 books for self check-out or have used up your allowance with 5 books
• If your membership has been suspended due to overdue or unreturned books
• If machine capacity has reached its limit

Caution

• Supplementary material cannot be loaned through self check-out. You must visit the library if needed
• You must have your membership card on hand in order to check-out the books
• You will be banned from using the self check-out service if you fail to retrieve your book reservation 3 times
